Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship across the EU from our fulfillment center in Portugal. Primary markets at launch: Spain and Poland. Other EU countries are accommodated on request — message us on WhatsApp if your country isn't listed at checkout.

Shipping costs
- Standard tracked: €5.95
- Free shipping on orders over €60 — no code needed.
- The duo and trio packs always qualify for free shipping.
When we dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day ship the same or next business day. Weekend and EU public holiday orders go out the next business day.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If 48 hours have passed and you haven't received it, check your spam folder, then ping us on WhatsApp.
Customs & VAT
All EU prices are inclusive of VAT for the destination country. There are no additional customs duties for EU orders.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days or the carrier marks delivery without the parcel arriving, contact us — we file the claim and ship a free replacement immediately, no waiting period.
